From scattered activity to one marketing plan

Nature at Work is the market leader in plant rental for B2B clients. The company was growing fast, but its marketing was not keeping up. I brought strategy, marketing budget and execution into line.

The situation

Marketing happened ad hoc. Things were done here and there, but without a common thread. Who are the ideal clients, what does Nature at Work mean to them, and how do you reach them best? There was no single answer to those questions.

What we did

We started with the strategy. Who are the most valuable clients, what sets Nature at Work apart in their eyes, and through which channels do you reach them most efficiently? From those choices we drew up a marketing budget with a concrete action plan.

Then we started the execution. We selected the right agencies, guided the internal team and coordinated the work between the two. That kept execution tight without management having to watch over it constantly.

The result

A marketing operation with a clear strategy, a budget everyone stands behind, and coordinated execution. Nature at Work grew ten percent in 2025.
