WHEN I CAN HELP

THREE SITUATIONS THAT CALL FOR ORGANISATION DESIGN

Paneltim Base

CASE

How I designed Paneltim's NBD process

Paneltim developed an innovative new panel and wondered how to map the markets worth entering. I mapped out that new business development process and trained their business development team. An in-house AI model generated more than 2,000 applications, which I narrowed down to eleven promising markets together with two business developers.

WHY ESCAL

WITH AN ENGINEER'S EYE

I am an engineer, and I look at your commercial organisation that way. I measure the parameters of your company that decide the design. Roles, processes and collaboration become a system you can monitor and adjust.

READ MY INSIGHTS

MY OWN MODEL AS THE FOUNDATION

I use a model I developed myself to design the way of working. It links the characteristics of your company to the commercial organisation that fits.

INNOVATION, ACQUISITION AND RETENTION

Your commercial organisation does not stop at the sale. I design innovation, acquisition and retention as one commercial engine.

DESIGN FOR GROWTH

The organisation that brought you your first ten million will not bring the next ten on its own. I design the one that makes your next ten possible.

THROUGH TO EMBEDDING

An organisational change needs a constant. I keep both the change and your team on course, until the new way of working runs on its own.
